Refund questions
For a refund question, keep your purchase confirmation, date, amount and a description of the issue. Do not include full card numbers, security codes or original private images. Consult the Support page for contact information and related guidance. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected.
Digital files and returns
Results are generated locally and downloaded to your device. There are no physical goods to ship or return. If a result is unsuitable, keep the original and adjust settings or try another format.
